How do I pronounce fouta?
The word fouta is an arabic word for tissue. It is pronounced foo-tah.

Where do you produce your foutas?
The design is made in Sweden and the production in Tunisia. We only work with small ateliers in Tunisia that can produce high quality weaving with traditional techniques.

Do you ship outside Sweden?
Fouta de Val ships worldwide. If your country is not available, please contact us for special arrangements.

How do I wash my fouta?
Machine wash cold, and do not tumble dry. The more you use and the more you wash your fouta, the softer it will get!

My favourite style is sold out, will it ever be available again?
Yes it can. If a product you are looking for is sold out or not available in a desired color, join our newsletter for updates on restocks of items and new styles that become available.

I have made an order but did not recive a confirmation email. What do I do?
If you did not receive a confirmation with an order number to use as a reference, please contact us and we will provide you with it. 

What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may ship it back to us within 14 days of our original ship date for a full refund of your purchase price. However shipping fees cannot be refunded. To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned in their original condition with their packaging intact. Refunds will be credited to the customer account within 5-7 days of Fouta de Val receiving the returned items.
